Marketing Manager | A2 Global Electronics
Led the strategic planning and execution of A2 Global’s presence at Electronica 2024, one of the world’s largest trade fairs for electronics. The show hosted ~80,000 attendees while showcasing ~3,500 exhibitors in Munich, Germany.
The initiative focused on increasing brand visibility, supporting sales conversations, and reinforcing A2 Global’s capabilities as a global sourcing and value-added services partner before and at the show.

Booth Messaging & Design Direction: Developed concise, clear messaging for the booth graphics and collateral, emphasizing our sourcing, testing, and reballing services within a clean, modern visual layout.

Collaboration with Sales, Leadership & External Partners: Worked closely with the sales team and executive leadership to align booth strategy with business goals. Coordinated with external vendors, including booth builders, printers, and media partners, to ensure seamless execution.

Content Creation & Logistics: Produced printed materials and mini flyers with QR codes for the booth's tables. Managed vendor timelines and supported booth operations.

Pre- and Post-Event Strategy: Supported lead capture efforts and coordinated a post-show follow-up campaign to engage attendees scanned at the booth and drive traffic back to the website.

On-Site Marketing Support: Traveled to Munich to support real-time execution, gather content for post-event promotion, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Our booth hosted more than 175 meetings across 4 days.
