BGA Reballing Services Launch

Spearheaded the global marketing launch of A2 Global’s new BGA Reballing Services, introducing an in-house solution for modifying, restoring, and extending the lifecycle of critical components in high-reliability applications.

 

The campaign was designed to elevate brand awareness and communicate the technical credibility and global reach of A2 Global’s value-added services.

  • Strategy Development: Developed a brand-forward campaign strategy focused on lifecycle extension, faster lead times, and one-stop-shop convenience for high-reliability customers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with engineers, quality managers, operations, sales, and leadership to gather insights and align messaging with operational strengths.

​

  • Creative Direction: Led the production of a campaign video and marketing assets showcasing our team of highly accredited engineers, global facilities, and technical capabilities.

​

  • Channel Execution: Deployed a targeted brand awareness campaign across LinkedIn Ads, email, and website updates, segmented by region and industry verticals such as aerospace, defense, and industrial. Internal sales training was also executed globally.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Emphasized key differentiators, including global coverage, reduced handling and lead times through integrated sourcing and services, and flexible support for leaded and lead-free conversions.
